Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ombre is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Please contact us before returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may be refused.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products.

In addition, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items clearly marked as Final Sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item for a refund (subject to inspection and approval) and place a new order separately.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
